CEO and Founder
Sudha Subedi is a Founder and CEO of Youth Legend, a social enterprise in Nepal working to bring out the best in young people. She was one of the 12 finalists and only South Asian finalist in a global competition your big year of world merit in 2013 selected from over 60,000 participants. She participated in finals in San Francisco where she participated in various programs related to leadership and entrepreneurship with globally influential entrepreneurs and representatives of Google, Vodafone, Dalai Lama Foundation etc.
Sudha was Team leader of ‘Friends of Youth Action’, volunteer group of Youth Action Nepal. While being there, she was an Assistant coordinator of International Youth Exchange Program in Nepal between London based organization Leaders in Community and Youth Action Nepal. She also visited London during same exchange program. Sudha also worked as a leadership and team building trainer and motivator and trained thousands of young people.
Mohan Ghimire is a Senior Software Engineer. He loves programming and is great at organizing and managing events. He has successfully organized various nationwide youth, technology and sports related programs.
Singing, dancing and traveling are his hobby. He thinks life is uncertain, that’s why, he cherish every moment of his life. Well, you should not be surprised if you find him at some charitable events and football ground. He loves to laugh and is fond of eating foods, Yeah Lots of food. He has completed his Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus.
Prasun Sharma is a Web Developer from Orem, Utah. He also works as User Interface Designer, Graphic Designer, and Freelance Photographer. Currently he works mostly on eCommerce websites on Magento platform. While not working you can find him Hiking or Watching Movies.
Sama Maharjan, from Sydney, Australia studied Post-graduate Diploma in Tri-Chandra College and finished her masters degree in counselling from Australian Catholic university. She has Experiences working as a School Counselor at Heartland Academy, Kathmandu and Volunteer Counselor at Tranquility Mental Hospital and research Center, Nepal. Currently, working at clinical counselor for Nepalese Australian Association in Australia too. Sama is very passionate about Counselling career.
Rashmi Adhikari is has completed her Bachelors in Business Studies with finance as a major subject. She is the council member of Youth Activist Leadership Council(YALC), YUWA. She has worked as a program organizer in violence against women at Association of Youth Organization Nepal(AYON). She was rewarded as the most creative story writer in her school. She has contributed many articles in the daily newspaper published in Ilam district named ‘sandakpur’. She loves to explore, travel and gain new experiences in life.
Ashmita Karki is a jolly girl who is a writing enthusiast, a big time reader and a blogger. She is an undergraduate currently pursuing Bachelors in public health at Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Kathmandu. Dancing, playing volleyball,playing keyboard,travelling are what describe her hobbies.
P.S: She is a movie freak.
Shova is studying Bachelor in Sociology at RR campus . She is interested in social work and journalism. She has been volunteering in different organization. She is also newly elected Board member of Youth Federation Nepal. . Her dream is to bring change in the society by motivating youth. She feels that everyone has unique qualities and every individual should be able to know that quality so just need to know that features and should focus on that.
She is innovative and smart. She loves writing poems, stories and travelling. She believes travelling makes people creative and broaden their knowledge. She has published her poem book ‘Ocean’ when she was in grade 6. During free time, she enjoys reading novel, painting and dancing.
